GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the so-called GDPR), hereby inform that:

1. Personal data administrator

Alfa Global Airlines Services Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Al. Krakowska 106, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register of Poland.

3. Purposes and basics of processing

As an Administrator, we will process your data:

3.a.a. In order to conclude a cooperation agreement based on your interest in our offer (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR),

3.a.b. In order to perform and on the basis of a cooperation agreement, when we have concluded it (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR),

3.a.c. In order to fulfill our legal obligations (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR), e.g .:

– issuing and storing VAT invoices and accounting documents for the period specified in the provisions of the Act of 29 September 1994. on accounting,

– responding to complaints within the time and form provided for by law,

3.a.d. For analytical purposes, better selection of services to the needs of our clients, general optimization of our products, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our customers, financial analysis of our company, which are the implementation of our legally justified in this interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

3.a.e. For archival (evidentiary) purposes which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR),

3.a.f. In order to possibly determine, investigate or defend against claims that is the implementation of our legally justified in this interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR),

3.a.g. In order to examine customer satisfaction, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR),

3.a.h. In order to offer you directly (direct marketing) products and services of companies cooperating with us (our partners), including choosing them in terms of your needs, which is the implementation of our and our partners legally justified in this interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

4. Right to object

a. You have the right to object to the processing of your data described above at any time. We will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we are able to demonstrate that there are valid legally justified grounds for us in relation to your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms or your data will be necessary for us to determine, pursuing or defending claims.

b. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing at any time. If you exercise this right – we will stop processing data for this purpose.

5. Right to withdraw consent

If the processing of data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may take place via e-mail to the following e-mail address: zgody@alfaglobal.eu

6. Data storage period

a. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of our cooperation, and after its termination for at least the period specified by legal regulations regarding public and legal settlements, but not shorter than until the final settlement or limitation of any claims arising from mutual cooperation, and in the event of a dispute until its final conclusion by which we also mean the effective completion of the enforcement proceedings.

b. If a cooperation agreement is not concluded within 1 year of our offer to you, your personal data related to the talks about the conclusion of the agreement will be immediately deleted except for the data needed for direct marketing.

c. Data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services may be processed until you object to their processing for this purpose, we determine that the data is out of date.

7. Data recipients

a. Your personal data may be disclosed to our business partners, i.e. companies with whom we cooperate by combining products or services only for the purpose of proper performance of the cooperation agreement concluded with you.

b. Our subcontractors (processors) may also have access to your data: entities participating in the performance of the contract, accounting office, entities providing legal services to the Administrator, public administration bodies within the scope of applicable law, financial institutions as regards the provision of services for the Administrator, entities performing consulting or auditing services, postal and courier companies providing exchange of correspondence, entities ensuring the security of our IT systems.

c. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country or international organization based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.

8. Rights of data subjects

According to the GDPR, you are entitled to it

a. the right to access your data and receive a copy of it,

b. the right to rectify (amend) your data,

c. the right to delete data, limit data processing,

d. the right to object to data processing,

e. the right to transfer data,

f. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Information on the voluntary nature of providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude and perform a cooperation agreement.

10. Automated data processing

Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be used for profiling.
